Php 50K Gaming PC Build Guide [July 2018]

50K Gaming PC

The goal is to build a middle-end gaming setup while trying to keep the cost close to the Php 50,000 budget range. The build guide only includes the System Unit. Remember that this is only a guide and you don’t need to follow it religiously. Please feel free to point out any mistakes and/or suggest what you think can improve the build/s within this price segment.

Intel 50K Gaming PC – Total: Php 47,890

AMD 50K Gaming PC – Total: Php 48,330

Prices are based on PC HUB Online PL (July 28, 2018)

Price drop is more significant this month due to the big discounts on GPUs. The extra funds you’d save could possibly be used for an SSD upgrade.

As of this writing, there are some B450 motherboards available for the AMD Build. They are a couple hundred more expensive than B350’s but I haven’t seen enough feedback to actually recommend one. So it’s up to you to choose a B450 motherboard right now, but a B350 would work just fine. (Just don’t forget to ask the shop to update your B350 motherboard’s BIOS)

These setups will be able to handle every game you’ll throw at it even on high to ultra graphics setting at 1080p. Play PUBG, Fallout 4 and even Battlefield 1 while maintaining consistent FPS. The GTX 1060 is arguably the best card you could get if you’re only gaming in 1080p. Casual streaming is also viable with these builds.

Truly a beast in 1080p gaming, get ready to eat some chicken dinners

Again, I would recommend the Intel setup if you’re not interested on overclocking at all and care only about gaming. Otherwise I’d go for the AMD setup.
