Php 30K Gaming PC Build Guide [June 2018]
The goal is to build a low-end gaming setup while trying to keep the cost close to the Php 30,000 budget range. The build guide only includes the System Unit. Remember that this is only a guide and you don’t need to follow it religiously. Please feel free to point out any mistakes and/or suggest what you think can improve the build/s within this price segment.
Intel 30K Gaming PC – Total: Php 30,790
AMD 30K Gaming PC – Total: Php 31,240
Prices are based on PC HUB Online PL (June 27, 2018)
This is just an update of the build guides I made last month. There’s a quite noticeable price drop for both 30K builds, slashing around 800 pesos from last month’s builds. While it is not a really a relatively large price drop at first glance. I actually had to replace the GPU and RAM for these builds because they were sold out. So, these new components are actually more expensive before and this month’s build is still 800 pesos cheaper than last month.
Both builds are capable enough to play popular esports game along with NBA 2K and GTA:V at high to ultra settings at 1080p. They could totally take on current AAA titles such as Far Cry 5 and Destiny 2. Even demanding games such as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Battlefield 1 in medium to high graphics settings.
Since there are no major changes and this is just a price update of the previous month’s build. Please check out last month’s 30K Gaming PC build guide for more information.
Decent Gaming PC with a massive room for improvement
I would recommend the Intel setup if you’re not interested on overclocking at all and care only about gaming. Otherwise, I’d go for the AMD setup.
